Backing Track Generator Terms and Conditions

By using the Backing Track Generator or AudioCue Vault, you agree to these terms.

Your audio and your rights

You may upload audio files to create modified versions, including versions with vocals or instruments removed, for your own personal use. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process and use each file. You must not upload material that infringes copyright or anyone else’s rights.

You remain responsible for the files you upload and the versions you create. AudioCue does not claim ownership of your content.

AudioCue Vault

The Vault is private storage for your own access and convenience. It is not a streaming, distribution or file-sharing service. You must not use it to publish, share or make files available to other people. Stored files are accessible through your authenticated account and are not intended for public discovery or indexing.

Beta service and processing

This feature is in beta. Processing times and results vary with the source audio, and a job may fail, stall or need to be submitted again. AudioCue cannot guarantee that a particular vocal or instrument can be removed successfully.

The price for each processing attempt will be shown before you submit it. An attempt may still use a credit or incur a charge if the output is unsatisfactory. If a job fails because of a problem with the service, contact AudioCue so it can be reviewed. Your statutory rights still apply.

Access and stored files

AudioCue may restrict or suspend access where there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse or a breach of these terms. Content that appears to breach these terms or applicable law may be removed. Where practical and appropriate, AudioCue will give you notice and an opportunity to retrieve your files.

Keep your own copies of any files you need. The Vault should not be your only backup.

Liability

You are responsible for claims arising from content you upload or from your use of processed files. AudioCue is not responsible for results that fall short of your expectations where the service has been provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
