By using this feature, you agree to the following terms:

This system allows you to upload audio files and generate modified versions, including vocal or instrument removal, strictly for your own personal use.

You confirm and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to upload, process, and use any audio files submitted to the system. You must not upload any material that infringes copyright or any other rights.

All content uploaded to, processed by, or stored within your account remains your sole responsibility. I do not review, monitor, or verify the legality of any content.

The AudioCue Vault is a private storage system provided solely for your personal access and convenience. It is not a distribution platform, streaming service, or file-sharing system.

You must not use the Vault to share, distribute, publish, broadcast, or otherwise make available any content to third parties. Any such use is strictly prohibited.

No public access, indexing, or discovery of stored files is provided or intended. Files are only accessible by you through your authenticated account.

I act solely as a technical service provider, offering processing and storage tools. I do not claim ownership of your content, and I do not distribute or make your content available to others.

This feature is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis as part of an ongoing beta release. I make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, processing success, or output quality.

Processing times may vary, and jobs may fail, stall, or require resubmission. Charges apply per processing attempt, regardless of outcome.

You acknowledge that audio processing is dependent on source quality and that results may vary.

I reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to this feature or any account at any time, without notice, particularly in cases of suspected misuse or breach of these terms.

I reserve the right to remove any stored content at my discretion, including where I believe it may breach these terms or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for any loss, damage, claims, or consequences arising from your use of this system, including but not limited to copyright infringement, data loss, failed processing, or unsatisfactory results.
